I recently read through Dave Savage's blog and found a great post on the amazing difference that comes with just a bit more effort. Dave, the co-founder and CEO of Mortgage Coach is a fantastic resource to the mortgage industry.

A WOW Moment: “212 The Extra Degree” are Dave's thoughts on a inspirational piece that demonstrates the difference just a bit more effort can make. Take the time to watch this video clip and then look at your business. What areas are you willing to put in more time and effort? What results do you want to see and what will it take to get you there? Decide where you can improve and then step up your efforts. It's may be as simple as changing a few small things in your daily routine to reach your goals.
