I've said it quite often... 100% is the bare minimum. Consumers are constantly expecting more and more from our industry. If you want to stand out and build a business fueled by referrals then you MUST go above and beyond what is expected. So I love it when I see an idea that fits right into this philosophy.
Tom Ninness of Cherry Creek Mortgage wrote a great article on Creating Loyal Clients in the August Mortgage Originator Magazine and this idea grabbed my attention!
Satisfy the client, then "WOW" them. Offering special features to ease their move helps solidify the relationship... For about $7.50 , offer the client Tag-A-Room stickers once their contract is approved.. It's a surprise they weren't expecting. The stickers help the client identify each of the moving boxes. You can bet this gesture will create a great feeling and help you solidify a strong relationship. This is just one more reason for your clients to be glad to refer business back to you for the effort you made to help them through the home buying process.

Bliss - simply FYI - I contacted Tagaroom by telephone today and they advised that they will provide labels at wholesale pricing since we are giving these away as gifts - cuts the price in about half - just FYI.

Jim - Thanks for sharing. It's always good to save a few bucks! Pass along this idea to your Realtors. This is the type of thing that is great for an email. Shows you care about their business and helping them grow it! Much better than a canned email that doesn't get read.

Bliss, I would like to thank you and Tom Ninness dearly for the marketing you guys have done for us. Please email me your physical address to send you free samples of our new look to the Tag-A-Room product line! We have listen to our mortgage clients and we now can customize the kits with their contact information.
Thank You again,

I love these. I market to apartment complexes with a local mover, he's going to love this "add on" we can include in our mailer!
