Love those lights!

Here's a holidy idea that you can get started on now... Many landscape companies offer lighting service for the holidays.  Look at your sphere of influence to see if you have someone like this and offer to send a mailing out to your database with a special offer from their company for outdoor holiday lighting. 

Or make it fun by having a drawing for installation of outdoor christmas lights.  Send a mailing to your database and have them sign up through your website or by email. 

You could also incorporate a drawing into a customer appreciation event or open house.  Make sure all your Realtors know about it as well and invite them to tell their clients about your contest.

I have done joint marketing with small business owners in my sphere and it usually results in at least one loan. But what is really great is that the business owner becomes a raving fan. I have some that refer more business to me than my Realtors. It's great!
