Here are a few marketing ideas for Halloween.
Have a Halloween lunch at your office with prizes for the best costume and invite your referral partners. Ask a title company to do it with you to offset costs and give them exposure. Remember to have someone taking photos.
Email your Realtors these two links to help them be in touch with their sphere this Halloween. http://www.halloweenrealestate.blogspot.com/ http://bestagentbusiness-halloween.wikispaces.com/. Both have great ideas - you might even find an something for your business!
Drop by all your Realtor offices a few days before Halloween with candy. One cute idea is to buy a glass container (check dollar store or Hobby Lobby) and layer 2" of candy corn then 2" of small black licorice pieces and repeat until full. Remember to attach your business card.
Send a Fall themed greeting card signed by everyone in your office.
Here are a few links for pumpkin carving ideas and stencils. Share with your referral partners or send an email to your database giving them these resources. BHG. Free Patterns. EHow.
Stop by on Halloween dressed up in a fun costume and deliver a vegetable tray. There are many who will be grateful!
Feel free to share your ideas in the comment section below. I'd love to know what others have done to make Halloween fun!

We had a ton of fun with this idea. We emailed all the Realtors at the largest office in town telling them "someone" was coming by with treats from our office. There would be a prize for the first person to email us with the correct name of the person in costume. We used one of the marketers at our favorite title company (everyone knows him - but he is average in size) and he dressed up in a great custume and mask.
