Do you have utilize multiple phone numbers for your business?
Carol Boyd passed along this great idea. It is called Google Voice and best of all, it's free!
This web interface uses a gmail address book. It acts like a switchboard operator for all your phones and phone #’s. However you do have to get a new Google phone number. Look at google.com/voice and request an invitation to test it out.
