In my marketing materials, I recommend a simple marketing strategy of leaving weekly messages for Realtors (see this post and this post). Brent Borcherding of Mortgage Advocates recently shared a resource to make these calls even easier.
Slydial is a voice messaging service that connects you right to a person's mobile voice mail. Rather than taking a chance of interrupting the Realtor, you can dial directly into their voicemail. This is a fantastic way to reach out with minimal effort. The best part - there are no sign up requirements or fees to use Slydial.
