Pop in idea

Fall is a great time to get creative with your marketing.  Here is one idea from a friend of mine.  Annette purchased a case of Halloween microwave popcorn packets from Sam's and attached a sticker that says "POP" in for your next Home Loan and also has her card attached.  She'll be delivering these to her Realtors over the next week.

This is a fun and inexpensive marketing idea that gives you a reason to stop in their office and reconnect.  Remember, marketing doesn't have to be expensive or take loads of times.  Many times, it is the consistent, small things that will set you apart from the competition.

Fun idea!! One of our title company keeps us supplied with halloween candy all month. They've done it for years and we always look forward to it.

How about a sack of payday candy bars and say "I'm your easiest way to payday" You could probably come up with lots of fun ideas with all the candy out there.
