There are articles all over the internet about the increased use of coupons over the past two years. Coupon use for goods and services have increased steadily. One interesting article (Economic shock gives rise to coupon cutting) states that "People might say coupons are just for tightwads, but people from all kinds of economic backgrounds are more likely to use them. It's good sense to use them."
If you're old like me, you might remember back to the day when we gave out coupons (almost like a second business card) to our Realtors and in our database mailings. This marketing strategy might be worth revisiting.

I also did this years ago... maybe I'll bring it back in an electronic form. Send out by email to the realtors and put it on my website.
