I ran across a great article today on personal branding. Jonathan Fields posted this: Personal Branding: For Moguls, Morons or Megalomaniacs? And it is well worth the few minutes to read and ponder.
Personal brands are created by the impact you have on others. They are created by what you do, share and offer to those around you. It doesn't matter if you work for a company or yourself, every successful originator understands the importance of reputation and building a strong business. You may receive a W-2 every January, but you truly are self-employed and the creator of your future.
