I have found through the years that very few loan officers market to the listing agent on purchase deals. You have their captive attention while the loan is in process and this is a golden opportunity to "WOW" them with your service and general fabulous-ness.
Last week, I took out my new "hello packages" on two purchase transactions I started. I use my tote bag and will probably do different things over time, but here is a breakdown of what went into the package:
