It's Friday (amazing how this happens every week). If you aren't happy with your production, I've got a few suggestions. Choose your poison:
1. Call, text or email at least 20 Realtors letting them know you are available this weekend.
2. Drop by 2-3 open houses tomorrow with some cookies and your business card. Follow up with those agents on Monday.
3. Spend some time WORKING on Social Media. Connect with Realtors on Facebook (comment, like their posts). Write up a few work related posts for the next couple of weeks. Drop by a recently closed client and ask to take a picture of them in front of the new house. Post to Facebook.
4. Write 10 handwritten notes.
5. Work on a Spring marketing plan. Drop by to Realtors. Spring customer appreciation event, etc.
6. Set up 3 lunches, coffee or breakfasts for next week.
